You may use this website to learn about Product Grammar, contact the studio, and use available Product Grammar tools. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse automated flows, or use Product Grammar services unlawfully.

Submitting an inquiry, brief, or message does not by itself create a service agreement, reserve capacity, confirm a price, or confirm a delivery date.

A custom development project starts only after the parties agree the relevant scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment terms, intellectual-property terms, and other material conditions in writing.

Requests outside an agreed project scope may require a revised estimate, timeline, additional payment, or separate agreement. Project-specific written terms take priority over these general terms where they conflict.

The Product Grammar name, brand, website design, text, report design, and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Ownership and usage rights for custom-project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Quick Check and Revenue Check are one-off automated audits for publicly accessible websites. They are not penetration tests, security audits, legal compliance audits, SEO guarantees, financial advice, or substitutes for professional accessibility, security, or legal review.

Automated and AI-assisted processing reviews publicly accessible website content and available technical or presentation signals to produce the report. Human review is not included unless it is explicitly listed in the purchased package.

Quick Check and Revenue Check are standardized self-service digital services made available to the general public on the same published terms. Product Grammar does not manually select, solicit, approve, or establish contact with individual purchasers before an automated order is processed. The purchaser independently initiates the transaction by submitting a website URL and email address and completing checkout.

An automated Quick Check or Revenue Check purchase is a one-off transaction and does not by itself create an ongoing consulting, development, agency, partnership, exclusive, or other continuing business relationship between Product Grammar and the purchaser.

Quick Check reviews up to 10 relevant public pages, including important landing pages, on desktop and mobile. Every check includes a compact Search Visibility (public SEO) snapshot and one main public customer journey. It normally presents 3–5 findings prioritized across all areas by plausible business impact, with clear recommendations; this range is a guide, not a required quota.

Revenue Check reviews up to 30 relevant public pages with a deeper Search Visibility (public SEO) review and 1–3 meaningful public customer journeys. It examines important landing pages, offer and content clarity, trust and decision support, conversion and action friction, mobile experience, and technical signals. It normally presents 6–10 findings prioritized globally by plausible business impact, followed by a Fix Now / Fix Next / Optimize Later action plan; this range is a guide, not a required quota.

Quick Check and Revenue Check support public websites that can be accessed without credentials. Product Grammar may reject or stop an order where the submitted site is unavailable, private, technically unsupported, clearly malicious, or cannot be reviewed safely.

You must submit only a website you own, manage, or are authorised to have reviewed.

Automated findings are diagnostic opinions based on the website state available during the audit. Product Grammar does not guarantee that every issue will be identified, that every recommendation will be appropriate in every business context, or that implementation will produce a specific commercial result.

Findings and qualitative health states are diagnostic interpretations, and business-impact wording describes plausible risk rather than measured loss. Automated Quick Check and Revenue Check do not use private Search Console or Analytics data and cannot establish actual revenue loss, conversion loss, traffic, rankings, or Google index coverage.

The payable price is the price confirmed by the server for the selected package and region at checkout. Regional prices may be displayed in UAH, EUR, or USD. At present, online payment is available only for supported UAH checkout; EUR and USD payment is not yet available.

Regional prices are independent product prices, not live currency conversions. A frontend-displayed amount is not authoritative if it differs from the server-confirmed checkout amount.

For automated paid checks, placing the order and completing payment constitutes acceptance of this public offer for that order. Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. UAH payments are currently processed through plata by mono / Universal Bank.

An order is treated as paid only after Product Grammar receives and verifies the payment-provider confirmation. Returning from the payment page alone is not proof of payment.

After confirmed payment, the order is processed automatically. Orders are processed one at a time, so a paid order may wait before processing begins.

Indicative processing times shown on the product page are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. The finished customer report is delivered as a PDF to the email address on the order.

Product Grammar relies on trusted third-party providers for functions such as hosting, data storage, payment processing, transactional email, optional analytics, and AI-assisted audit processing. Those providers operate under their own terms and availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Product Grammar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on an audit recommendation, third-party service outage, or changes to a website after the audit.

For a paid one-off automated audit, Product Grammar's aggregate liability relating to that order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
