This policy applies to productgrammar.dev, Product Grammar inquiry/contact flows, and paid Product Grammar tools including Website Revenue Check.

General and privacy questions can be sent to contact@productgrammar.dev. Questions about paid products, orders, delivery, or support can be sent to support@productgrammar.dev.

When you contact Product Grammar by email, Telegram, social media, or an inquiry flow, we may receive your contact details, project context, links, files, and any other information you choose to provide.

Do not send sensitive personal information, payment-card details, passwords, production secrets, or private credentials unless they are genuinely required for an agreed service and a secure method has been agreed in advance.

The website and hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, security logs, and error information. Essential browser storage may be used for preferences and workflow continuity.

Google Analytics 4 is optional and should load only after analytics consent. See the Cookie / Analytics Policy for details.

Product Grammar may use trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, transactional email and technical infrastructure necessary to operate the service.

Providers directly relevant to the service include the payment provider shown at checkout, OpenAI as an AI service provider for public website audits, and optional analytics (Google Analytics 4). UAH payments are currently processed through plata by mono / Universal Bank. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its role and operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

Product Grammar does not sell personal information.

Some service providers may process data outside the country where you live. Where applicable, Product Grammar relies on the contractual and legal mechanisms made available by those providers for international processing.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, security, dispute handling, accounting, or legal obligations. Retention periods differ by data type and context.

You may ask what information Product Grammar holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Analytics consent can be declined or changed at any time through Analytics settings in the footer.

For Quick Check and Revenue Check, you submit a public website URL and an email address. An order may also contain the selected package, business goal or context you provide, pricing region/currency, payment references, status, timestamps, and processing logs.

Card details are entered on the hosted page of the payment provider shown at checkout and are not received or stored by Product Grammar. UAH payments are currently processed through plata by mono / Universal Bank. Product Grammar receives only the order/payment references, amount, currency, and payment status needed to fulfil the order.

Quick Check and Revenue Check analyse publicly accessible websites only. The submitted public website URL and publicly accessible website content may be processed by OpenAI, an AI service provider, to produce the audit.

The audit is generated from the submitted URL and publicly available page content, and produces a customer-facing report. Website screenshots are not a promised deliverable.

Order information and audit results are stored by Product Grammar, using trusted infrastructure providers, and may be retained for delivery, re-delivery, support, and dispute handling.

The final paid deliverable is a PDF report sent to the email address on the order through a transactional email provider.

This policy may be updated when Product Grammar services, providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current version.
